• smol-podcaster: give it a podcast audio, get back show notes, timestamps, diarized transcription, etc.
• smol-scheduler: connect to Google Calendar, and create Cal availability snippets to share over email.
• Hosting the Latent Space Podcast with @swyx, interviewing AI/ML builders.
