Heart as a synonym of determination and conviction

Heart can also refer to determination and conviction, as in the phrases, "She's got heart," "She showed real heart today."
Should "determination; conviction" be added to definition four, or should it be added as a separate definition?
Shuld in good heart be added? For example in
He took the remark in good heart
one's heart goes out to X:
