I don't think this suits at the start of the page. It should be further down the page, maybe under "tactics", there could be a small section there. :I mived this section down to under "tactics, targets and attacks. The intrdocution should only be introducing, and giving a basic knowledge on ETA. this introduction was too long. If a reader wants more information then he or she can scroll down and find it.
