- Injury to feelings → Workplace bullying (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Not mentioned or identified in the target article, leaving it unclear what does redirected supposed to refer to. In addition, this redirect was an article for about two months in 2007; however, it seems the information that is in the redirect's edit history may not be present anywhere on Wikipedia, nor may it be notable at all. - Delete not discussed in the target article and even if it was it's overly specific for this search term. The content in the page history doesn't appear to be at all useful as it consists of legal advice specific to the UK and I suspect it may have been copied from somewhere. - WP:ITNCUSA → Wikipedia:In_the_news/Candidates#Location (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Delete - there are 100s of locations in the world, and we don't need a redirect for each one of them. Also, it's not particularly intuitive, and rather country-specific. The only similar redirect I see is WP:ITNCLOC which is more generic. Nfitz (talk) 18:26, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose deletion - the point of this particular redirect is to prevent people from having to copy and paste
Please do not... Oppose an item solely because the event is only relating to a single country, or failing to relate to one. This applies to a high percentage of the content we post and is generally unproductive.
every time someone makes the irrelevant complaint that a proposed blurb is only relevant to the US. This only seems to happen to US nominations, by people who apparently haven't seen that bullet point or otherwise ignore it, so the redirect is helpful. --RockstoneSend me a message! 01:09, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
- Keep - per Rocko above. Additionally, per WP:BEFORE, it's a little premature and crass to RFD this while the discussion is still ongoing. - Knightoftheswords (Talk · Contribs) 02:42, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
- Wow - talk about a complete failure of AFG by User:Knightoftheswords281! I had no idea there was any discussions going on at the time I created the RFD - as you can see from my edit history. And even if I was - why one would have two different links to the same thing; and why link one country and not 200. Can I suggest an apology for the over-the-top AFG failure. Nfitz (talk) 20:54, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
Wow - talk about a complete failure of AFG by User:Knightoftheswords281! I had no idea there was any discussions going on.
- You literally commented in the section. In fact, not only did you comment in it, you even voted. How the hell did you not know? Additionally, the reason why ITNCUSA exists in particular is because the USA is the only country that regularly has stories from it opposed on ITN solely due being from that country. - Knightoftheswords (Talk · Contribs) 23:04, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
- It looks like they voted in it 30 minutes after posting here. -- RockstoneSend me a message! 07:33, 2 July 2023 (UTC)
- Exactly User:Knightoftheswords281 - I only came across that discussion, after I found MORE broken redirects, and dug deeper. I await your apology for these uncivil AGF and WP:PILLARS violations. I even noted as such in my edit comment during the my vote that you mentioned above! Nfitz (talk) 21:54, 2 July 2023 (UTC)
- My apologies; I didn't know that you RFDed it before discussion. - Knightoftheswords (Talk · Contribs) 19:23, 3 July 2023 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was retarget to Ronald Reagan#Historical reputation. Jay 💬 19:20, 7 July 2023 (UTC)
- The Great Communicator → List of nicknames of presidents of the United States#Ronald Reagan (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Unhelpful to redirect to this list, all it tells the reader is that the name was applied to Reagan; I propose retargetting to Ronald Reagan and tagging with {{r from nickname}} Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 16:32, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Comment (nominator): it was originally created in 2005 Sophitus (talk · contribs), who is now inactive, to target Ronald Reagan. It was then retargetted in 2012 to Speeches and debates of Ronald Reagan by @Lionelt, then again to its current target in 2023 by @Wow. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 16:36, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Comment – Other nicknames such as The Father of His Country, The Colossus of Independence, Young Hickory of the Granite Hills, and The Teflon President all redirect to List of nicknames of presidents of the United States. I have no opinion as to whether the Great Communicator should redirect to Reagan's page. --Wow (talk) 16:44, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Another nickname that redirects to that list is Silent Cal, and that nickname is mentioned in Calvin Coolidge in great detail. --Wow (talk) 16:51, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Retarget per nom. It is mentioned in the article, so that is not an issue. - Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 18:29, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- I second TartarTorte's proposal as well. Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 22:19, 2 July 2023 (UTC)
- Retarget to Ronald Reagan#Historical reputation: This section on Reagan's page discusses the use of that term for him. TartarTorte 18:47, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Seconded. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 12:42, 1 July 2023 (UTC)

- User:Anomiebot → User:AnomieBOT (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Per WP:DOPP, a redirect from another username can be created if you created an account with username similar to yours. But however, Anomiebot without capitalized as "BOT" like AnomieBOT doesn't exist, see Special:CentralAuth/Anomiebot, "Anomiebot" doesn't exist. Vitaium (talk) 15:10, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep Nomination doesn't make any sense, and this seems plausible enough. * Pppery * it has begun... 15:33, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep per above; plausible misspelling, regular pageviews. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 16:38, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep. In a nutshell, invalid for WP:U2 since it does not apply to "
redirects from misspellings of an established user's user page
". Steel1943 (talk) 16:43, 30 June 2023 (UTC) - Comment This page is popping up on "Non-existent Users" queries on Quarry right now but that might be because of the addition of the RFD tag. I think that any Wikipedia editors looking for AnomieBOT User page will just click on a link that will take them there. If you use the search bar, it will offer you User:AnomieBOT. Any readers won't be searching for a Wikipedia bot (why would they?). Maybe we should ask User:Anomie? Liz Read! Talk! 18:00, 30 June 2023 (UTC)

Redundant variation of Starkoc with disambigation without diacritics FromCzech (talk) 08:46, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep: redirects are cheap, it isn't misleading, it can help avoid duplicate articles, it seems to be plausible search term, and people use it. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 14:10, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep per Edward-Woodrow. I don't think there's such a thing as a redundant redirect. Perfectly standard r from unnecessary disambiguation. A7V2 (talk) 06:01, 2 July 2023 (UTC)

- Ireland's Holocaust → Great Famine (Ireland)#Genocide (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Delete - While the Irish Genocide redirect is similarly questionable on WP:NPOV, I can't find any (reliable) sources referring to the Famine as a "holocaust" and it's almost certainly an unlikely search time. estar8806 (talk) ★ 02:05, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep Noteworthy phrase and mentioned in the article—see the image and caption; the mural is specifically discussed in Kennedy's book. There is nothing else the phrase is commonly used to refer to, to my knowledge. (t · c) buidhe 03:06, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep per Buidhe. J947 † edits 05:53, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep. Though I personally find the phrase distasteful, I've heard it used reasonably commonly within Ireland.Xx78900 (talk) 16:10, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
- Keep - well used term. All you have to do is search for the term "holocaust" in the article, where reliable sources can be seen. See also Irish Holocaust. This is a WP:BEFORE failure - perhaps User:Estar8806 could remove it. If the term was some kind of retronym, I could see the concern (though would still remain notable) - but this use long predates the 20th century - and was in used in the English media during the Famine - for example see this 1847 newspaper article from the Newcastle Guardian.
