Information icon  Hello, I'm FlightTime. I noticed that you recently removed content from Mac Davis without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. - FlightTime (open channel) 00:57, 15 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Judy Landers edit

edit

I have reverted your addition of a date of birth to Judy Landers. In addition to Wikipedia's basic principle of citing sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources), a special need for citations applies with regard to elements of a biography of a living person (WP:BLPPRIVACY). Feel free to add a date of birth when it is accompanied by a citation to a reliable, published source. Eddie Blick (talk) 00:59, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I noticed that you added an unsourced birth date again. Please provide a valid source for the date in order to comply with the need for a citation that I pointed out in the message above. Eddie Blick (talk) 01:24, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
In the time it took you to whine about it - twice - you could've just found and added the citation yourself.
This is nothing but a pedantic power trip. TheFace4Radio (talk) 01:26, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
If I had a valid citation for her date of birth, I would have added it, making this discussion unnecessary. I consider documentation of facts to be essential, not "a pedantic power trip". Eddie Blick (talk) 01:31, 3 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Information icon  Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Aaron Gordon, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 18:13, 4 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

The proper Associated Press usage is All-America.
Just because YOU didn't know that doesn't mean the edit wasn't constructive. TheFace4Radio (talk) 23:26, 4 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
