Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited René-Marie Madec, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Corsair. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Other accounts

edit

As always, WP:AGF is important when operating in Wikipedia which is why I wanted to come here and discuss first. I am hoping you can provide some clarity for me. You created your account in 2023 and now have about 150 edits. Nothing wrong with that and I am glad you are here contributing. When I see the edit history of J. Sai Deepak, I also see accounts (Reshmamohan007, Yourchiragpandit, Param2023, Nd.sheela, Dsrprj, and an IP editor) created in 2023 and all working on the same page. Are you related to these accounts in anyway, either using multiple accounts or know the people operating these accounts? CNMall41 (talk) 17:21, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi, thanks for the message and engaging in good faith. Yes, my account was created in 2023 and I have about 150 edits now because there were and partially continue to be many errors & gaps in information especially in articles on notable Indian people or events. I am related to these accounts, nor do I know of the people using them nor am I using multiple accounts. In fact, I'm hearing of these accounts for the first time because I never bothered to look up that article's edit history. I believe this coincidence is because of J Sai Deepak's growing popularity & ideological appeal. I assure you: I'm not running or am not a part of a coordinated campaign for this article, in fact, I'm inclined to believe no such campaign exists. Thanks once again for appreciating my contributions. PunishedRottweilerAppreciator (talk) 18:07, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
I meant to say "I am not related to these accounts" but deleted the "not" in haste. I assure you this is not a veiled acceptance of bad faith, just a simple error of omission. PunishedRottweilerAppreciator (talk) 18:09, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi PunishedRottweilerAppreciator, given he is published under Mark S. G. I changed the title to that name but also created redirects for Mark Dyczkowski and Mark S.G. Dyczkowski. In addition, I added a citation to a lengthy review for The Doctrine of Vibration I found on JSTOR (footnote #9). S0091 (talk) 15:50, 27 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi @S0091. This is PunishedRottweilerAppreciator, I'm posting from a public account. I've lost access to my Wikipedia account. I didn't enter an email address when creating my account and now cannot recover my account could you help me out? 106.213.85.26 (talk) 06:30, 6 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
I don't think there is anything you can do if you don't have an email address associated with the account but ask at the Teahouse in case I am wrong. S0091 (talk) 12:55, 6 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
