- Isn't this great Driveus. A little late but you got your own welcome. Too Bad I never got one. 2/25/07-Unknow12
- Thank you Squirepants for the welcome and thanks Unknow12 old buddy. But Unknow12 how come you didn't get a welcome? 8:35 2,25,07Driveus

I award you this award for edits to Camp Lazlo. Unknow12 22:46, 27 February 2007 (UTC) |
Goodbye
editSorry I removed the concerns to me thing on the top but I no longer edit this site. But I still support your's and Someport's project suggestion. Goodbye old friend Unknow12 17:17, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- Sigh, good bye Unknow12. Thanks for the award.Driveus 17:21, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm Back
editHello I'm Bob 2.0. I was Unknow12's former account before I accidently insulted another user. Anyway Unknow12 is gone but I'm back. But remember I still support your attempt to start the tugs project. Bob 2.0 20:37, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- Okay sure. Driveus 20:41, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
WP:TUGS
editThanks for the invite. 'fraid I'll have to decline your offer, partly 'cos I'm already a member of the WikiProjects for 'Thomas' and 'UK Railways' which take up most of my WP time, but mainly 'cos I know [...]-all about TUGS!!
WikiProject tugs
editDo I just revert vandalism from tugs? Felix Cheng 23:50, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the unnecessary post on my talk page. As you can see from my reply at the TUGS talk page, I was only trying to be helpful, and in fact clearing out the TUGS material from WP:Thomas. What you do with information I pass on as being potentially useful is your perogative, but may I suggest that for a project to work, cooperation between editors is vital, and the more editors involved, the better the project. Limiting it to a few friends like Felix Cheng is unlikely to reap great rewards. Anyway, I will not be joining you, but good luck to you all. –MDCollins (talk) 23:59, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
Reply from T-borg
editAs you wish, also for now, what are the priorities? —May the Edit be with you, always. (T-borg) (drop me a line) 13:13, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Well, from my user page you can see I'm already watching over a lot of Cartoon Network related articles, most of which are Cartoon Cartoons. I can ofcource begin watching The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Camp Lazlo, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Robotboy, or any other article that needs it. I'm watching articles on older shows, because while not exactly "in the spotlight" anymore, vandalism to them might go unnoticed for that exact purpose. —May the Edit be with you, always. (T-borg) (drop me a line) 13:29, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
WP Cartoon Network Project
editSure, sounds cool. I usually watch (besides EEnE) Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Camp Lazlo, sometimes Codename: Kid's Next Door and My Gym Partner's a Monkey. I usually edit EEnE, Foster's, and Camp Lazlo. I attempted some big cleaning on KND, but it can be hellish. Anyway, sounds good. Thanks for the invite! Black Kat 13:59, 18 March, 2007 (UTC)
Can I?
editHello can I persuade people to join the TUGs project?Someport 20:36, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

editThanks for the award, Driveus, I really hope I live up to it in the future! Oh, and good luck next time with the nomination, I'm sure it was a technicality this time. —May the Edit be with you, always. (T-borg) (drop me a line) 10:53, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

editWP children's tv in the uk and northen ireland
editRE:
Hello, I'm Driveus from WP:TUGS I noticed you take an interest in british programming. I was wondering if you would like to join the WP:TUGS. By the way, why is the proposed project UK and Northern Ireland? Driveus
Hello, i am soopahoop77 's partner for this wikiproject and have taken it upon myself to answer your question as his internet is down. (poor guy) We decided on 'children's tv in the uk and northen ireland' because:
1. Thats what it is about.
2. It has the longest title so it should attract more visitors.
Anymore questions, please ask!, Kind regards,
Zesty Prospect 10:40, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Your My nomination of Squirepants
edit
I just saw your nomination of Squirepants into WP:CN. I already invited him into the project but I don't think he'll reply. Try someone like DietLimeCoke. Driveus
I'm well aware of that and said so quite a few times but two things...
- Please suggest who you'd like over on the page
- Don't tell me something like that via my talkpage, if it's not about me specifically, put it in the talkpage as above.
I'll ask again because I don't actually remember when you asked and I do want to know what he thinks. I see from his talkpage that you and BlackCat both asked some fairly daft questions and nothing like an actual question which most people would even look at, I'll try and if I get a fairly straight "No" then fine, no response doesn't mean no to me. --treelo talk 20:30, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

Hey Driveus
editI did join WP:CN but I never got my cool little box for my talk page. :) Seriously, is there a talk page where the members of this project can discuss what needs to be done? Thanks -- Elaich 04:13, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- Driveus should be fielding this, it being his talkspace but then I didn't see why you didn't come to me. Anyway, there's a talkpage for the project, click on the "discussion" tab at the top of the main project page. As for userboxes, one is in the archives of the talkpage but it's outdated and will be migrated soon. --treelo talk 18:42, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- Driveus was the one who extended me the invite, so naturally, I asked him. -- Elaich 01:43, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Focused Episodes
editI believe the Focused Episodes section in the Emily (Thomas the Tank Engine) article should stay. They tell the episodes wherein Emily is the protagonist. This is common in other articles in other media. 61.9.126.41 07:04, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
- Even if it is common with other media, is it common with other Thomas character pages? Driveus 10:44, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
- Hey wait a minute. You're the vandal who did useless edits to My Gym Partner is a Monkey a while back. Driveus 13:53, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
Vandalism warning
editPlease stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia as you did to Emily (Thomas the Tank Engine), you will be blocked from editing. Duke17 05:01, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- Alright I'll back down. But I will say that I think that section is worthless. A space for episodes featuring someone or something as the main character or a character playing a major part in an episode can lead to trouble. But maintain that section if you wish, I'll see what other members of the Thomas wikiproject say and just go with whatever they say. Driveus 09:47, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Joined WP:TUGS
editHey, Driveus. I've joined WP:TUGS. I'd just like to know, what are the goals?--S.C.Ruffeyfan 18:24, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- Okay thanks for joining. There is one basic goal, keep an eye on every article belonging to this project (Including Salty's Lighthouse and Theodore Tugboat) and make sure that they are kept in proper order similar to how the WP:Thomas keeps its articles in order. Hope this helps. Driveus 01:09, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
33 Productions
editHi, Driveus. I have a production group called 33 Productions. It'll be on YouTube in 2009. Would you like 2 join? --S.C.Ruffeyfan 17:58, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- Depends. Is it two years in the future because YT isn't for people under 13 (no offence)? Driveus (talk) 11:19, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
Yeah. Here are the stuff we're making: Alex Stuff (LEGO stopmotion), The Thomas Adventures (Model railway movies), The Narrow Gauge Engines (Model railway movies) and Big Harbour Adventures (TT stopmotion). --S.C.Ruffeyfan 18:55, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

July 2008
editWhen adding links to material on an external site, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 16:40, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
You Tube
editAs you are probably aware, You Tube has recently come under fire in respect of its use of copyrighted works, because of this a review of You Tube linking from enwiki is under way.
It is noted that you linked to a number of You Tube videos from your user page. Sadly the (C) status for some of those video is doubtful or unclear. In general linking to material whose (C) Status is ambiguous, unclear or unconfirmed is highly discouraged on Wikipedia as reflects badly on both the project and the contributor.
If you are not the copyright owner in respect of the videos linked (including any music, screen-shots or computer generated content), please consider reading both (WP:EL) as well as You Tube's Terms and conditions.
If you don't own the copyright to the footage in entirety you should NOT upload it on You Tube either.
If you are indeed the copyright owner in entirety for the linked videos, please confirm this (via OTRS or appropriate means) for each and every video linked, and mention this in respect of the link(s) concerned. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 16:41, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- I see. But at the moment the only YouTube page(s) linked from my user page is just my account. Surely I own that. The videos on it however I don't own anything, if that's what you meant. Driveus (talk) 00:58, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
- If you don't OWN the copyright, don't link the videos (on Wikipedia or on YouTube), in fact
unless it's your own material you shouldn't upload it on You Tube at all. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:10, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yo, just tellin' me won't help anythin'. If you're worried about copyright so much, make an account on there and tell people to take videos down. Doesn't matter anyway, the link's gone now. Driveus (talk) 12:29, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
WikiProject Baseball Newsletter
editThe Baseball WikiProject Newsletter Issue I – July 2008 | |
This month's newsletter was designed and written by Wizardman, jj137, and Blackngold29. If you would like to contribute to future newsletters, please contact the Baseball WP outreach dept. |
Baseball has a history unlike any other sport. It has been played in countless countries throughout the decades, and it will undoubtedly continue play for many more. On this eve, some the finest players the sport has to offer will take the field at the Yankee Stadium. Four popes spoke there, Pelé scored goals there, "The Greatest [football] Game Ever Played" was battled out there, John Philip Sousa lead a band there, George Costanza worked there; but what do all these events have in common? They fail to reach the level of greatness that the baseball that was played there did. In 1923, a man named Babe Ruth decided to build a new house, and over the years, that house was a home to some of the greatest baseball ever played. If I were to list out all of these great moments, it would be longer than the bill for the New Yankee Stadium. So I'll sum it up by saying that we can remember these great moments by adding them to this place we've gathered at for future generations to read about, to learn about, to dream about; but more importantly we can watch tonight and we can remember how baseball is unlike anything else that we will encounter in our lives. — Blackngold29 |

Typo redirect Template:TUGS-Picture
editHello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Template:TUGS-Picture, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I am so very, very thankful. When i first came on here i said that my work would be complete if i ever earned a barnstar, and you've made me feel just a little bit more special :)
Don't ever think that the work you have ever done in WikiProject TUGS was overlooked. I can see you have received numerous awards for the project on your talkpage, but i feel there's one more which you're missing.

Hip hop WikiProject Roll Call
editHello, fellow Hip Hop WikiProject members!
This message is being sent out to let all listed members of the project know to re-add your name to the members list, as all current names on the list have been erased in order to find out who is still active on the project. WikiGuy86 (talk) 04:04, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
Hello Driveus, it's been a while huh? You might remember adding your interest to work as part of the Cartoon Network Wikiproject here, since you did this there has been very little activity with few to none of the members participating or have been idle for some time and as such may be mothballing the Wikiproject as inactive. I'm going over the list for WP:TOON and need to know if you wish to still be a member. I know you might have not have edited in some time (at least through this account) but I'll wait until 5th January 2010 to see whether or not you still wish to be a part of this or not. If you don't respond to this notice specifically by mentioning it at WT:TOON (not my talkpage or here, I won't be watchlisting talkpages) or removing your name from the list I'll assume you are no longer interested and will remove your name. Hope you decide to work here again. treelo radda 18:11, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
