Merge
editThere's a large number of stubs of non-notable and semi-notable products and brands that are are all nothing but badge engineered variants of Znen's generic products. Articles:
Most of the content is non-encyclopedic statistics, repetition of identical for several identical motorcycles sold under different brand names in different markets, and blatant advertising and promotion. What encyclopedic content their is can be consolidated here in the main article. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 18:33, 23 May 2018 (UTC)
- Alternative proposal: I agree with the Znen C Artemis merge, but suggest that Flyscooters La Vie and Flyscooters Il Bello be merged to Flyscooters. Flyscooters was an American company (now defunct) that imported/badged the bikes from Znen, but they seem to have been sufficiently arms-length to remain a separate company. Merging to Znen would unbalance the page of ongoing Chinese business with that of a defunct American company. Klbrain (talk) 09:31, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
- Launched alternative proposal; let's continue at the talk page of the newly-proposed target, Talk:Flyscooters#Merge proposal. Klbrain (talk) 10:49, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
Legal issues
editThis section included a claim all three with a design inspired by the Piaggio Vespa
and an assertion that In 2019, the European court rejected ZNEN's action, confirming the validity of the Piaggio brand.
This description appears inconsistent with Case T-219/18: Judgment of the General Court (Sixth Chamber) of 24 September 2019. Piaggio & C. SpA v European Union Intellectual Property Office and available coverage of that decision: "Piaggio Loses Intellectual Property Case Against Zhejiang Zhongneng". Piaggio appear to have launched another appeal (Case T-19/22), but unless and until that is successful these statements are inappropriate here. AllyD (talk) 11:48, 20 June 2022 (UTC)
