Remove movie mention
editI removed the following sentence from the article:
- Another appearance is in an Harrison Ford movie, i think it was 'Patriot Games'.
We need a clarification on this, not just an author's guess. Norman Rogers 11:13, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
I'm not sure about this
edit"It was the world's first car to feature remote central locking." I think this may not be correct.

"the first mass produced four-seat sports model to be designed in a wind tunnel" is also suspect. The Saab GT750 also has four seats (altough the rear seats are just foam on plywood so they are not really usefull for longer trips), it is a sports model and is (since it's a SAAB) designed using a wind tunnel (altough I suspect the designers sat at theirs desks rather than in the actual wind tunnel, it sounds a bit uncomfortable place to work, all your papers fly away). // Liftarn Time and date of entry: 07:57, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
I'd say those two claims can be removed, after fifteen years in which no-one's made a case for retaining them.
Successor
editI removed the Avantime as successor of the Fuego, it's not the same bodystyle at all (see my comment on the Avantime talk page. DaFinch 19:13, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
It even says so in this very article btw, "The Fuego was not directly replaced by another model in the Renault range." and in the 'Renault Car Timeline the Avantime is placed in 'Large MPV' section and the Fuego in the 'Coupe' section, where they both should be.
