Contested deletion

edit

This page should not be speedily deleted because this is the first Green Day live EP ever released. It’s a page that has a decent amount of information, the release has 6 tracks, some singles pages don’t even have 2 tracks. Why should this page that actually has a decent number of tracks and information be deleted when some pages barely have any information or any use. It’s not a 2 track EP, it’s a 6 track EP that was the first live EP. Delete pages that serve no purpose and are a waste of space with little information, don’t delete pages like this that actually serve a purpose and have a good amount of information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.86.129.143 (talk) 21:18, 20 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Page hasn't even been up for a day and it's continuously deleted. Its relevance does not matter, it's an official release, it's the first Japanese exclusive EP and there hasn't been any discussion or debate whether it should stay or not. Some singles pages for artists don't even have half the information or tracks this EP has. What extended play can you say has been parted out via other releases? It's a 6 track EP, not 2, and each song can be found on various singles released in the time period. At least give more than a day for discussion. Badrams (talk) 18:32, 21 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

The discussion was here. It does not matter how long ago it was if no new sources are being presented. StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 22:19, 21 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
To expand on this, the recent deletion came with the description that the article "was previously deleted via a deletion discussion, is substantially identical to the deleted version, and any changes do not address the reasons for which the material was deleted."
