I'm confused, if I go into a sushi restaurant, does asking for a piece of yellow tail and a piece of hamachi mean the same exact thing?

"Hamachi" is Kansai dialect for "young buri (Seriola quinqueradiata)". In eastern Japan, "hamachi" is "inada". Bueller 007 13:29, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
