Texas A&M System
editThe Texas A&M System does not have "presidents" as the head of the System, it has Chancellors. Need to correct this. I retired from the TAMU System Chancellors office.

Rudder's Orders
editRudder's primary objective was to take possession of Pointe du Hoc and neutralize the guns that were still close in proximity to PdHoc and were in operating condition including shells and projectiles. Taking the Maisy battery was a later objective, and could not be completed until the reinforcements of the 5th Battalion arrived. Because of delays and mishaps, the 5th Battalion of 500 men could not come in behind Rudder's Rangers at PdHoc, instead they had to land at their secondary target, Omaha beach. Rudder's Rangers ran out of ammo and food because of the delays, and still completed the objective taking the Maisy Battery on June 9th Missing or delaying an objective is not the same as disobeying orders.TopOtheMorning (talk) 05:13, 18 June 2019 (UTC)
