The changes recently made to this article are intended to more clearly define the structure and activities of Hathor Exploration Ltd. regarding the company's assets, geographical coverage and influence and its past interactions with similar and competing companies with respect to mergers, spin-offs, and acquisitions therefore demonstrating its position as a significant contributor to the exploration and mining industry in Saskatchewan and Canada. The references have been added as to where information regarding these changes was obtained, as well as the references for the resource estimate of the Roughrider Zone of mineralization. All other information was obtained from Hathor Exploration's main website, http://www.hathor.ca. Vfmr (talk) 04:10, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Revisions have been applied to this article to clarify and build upon previously added information so to aid in establishing clear reason as to why the article concerning Hathor Exploration should not be removed, but instead consistently improved upon. Mcs608 (talk) 05:12, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Topic is notable in my opinion, however try not to make the article sound too promotional, or that could result in removal for other reasons. Turgan Talk 11:47, 24 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the advice, its likely due to the amount of information I found on the companies' main website and from firms such as investment brokers who are generally going to have (promotional/biased opinions) I will try to find other sources. Mcs608 (talk) 21:29, 26 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Possible Conflict of Interest

edit

There are three accounts who have contributed to this article, all of whom have made no edits prior to working on this article. There is nothing wrong with this (provided they are three different people), but it is often a sign of a conflict of interest. For the record those accounts are: Mcs608 (talk · contribs), Deriw (talk · contribs), and Vfmr (talk · contribs)

I would encourage those involved to make sure that all information is sourced to reliable third-party sources, and not from the company's website, or from things you personally know about the company. Failure to demonstrate that this company is notable and that the information provided in the article is verifiable may result in the article being deleted. Please read the relevant policies, and feel free to ask any questions here or on my talk page. Cheers. Brad 15:34, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

New/more third-party references

edit

Recently, more reliable third-party references regarding the information presented in this article have been added and several primary sources have been removed. Third-party resources are from a variety of sources including provincial and national government agencies, investment firms, chartered accounting firms, etc. I will continue to refine and build upon this article, as I hope others will continue to do as well. If there are still issues with the newer resources I am using, please feel free to let me know and I will do my best to rectify the problems. Thanks Mcs608 (talk) 00:02, 23 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
