editAnecdoctal evidence: Shiva asked Mrikanda Maharishi whether he wants with good lifespan and does poor things or wants a child with short life span 16 years and remembered by every one. Mrikanda Maharishi says it alright to have a child with less span with good name. Shiva says yes. But does not say that he giving a son with 16 years life span. every one interpreted that because he put a question of 16 yr or long live chld. Shiva gave a boon with short span child...

- Thank you for the link and I appreciate your edits, however the language made them very difficult to read, and I was unable to take any relevant information from them that could be added into the rest of the story. Do you know of any written sources for this story? Gouranga(UK) 09:33, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Recent Changes
editThis article could benefit from more sourcing and general improvements, but to me, the introduction currently reads okay. I don't see the point in chopping it up any further? Maybe further changes could be first discussed here on the talk page? Best wishes, Gouranga(UK) 09:01, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
