Summary

Description
English: The Washington Park and Zoo Railway's Zooliner, built in 1958, is a 5/8-scale replica of General Motors' Aerotrain. The WP&Z Railway (called the Portland Zoo Railway until 1978) is located in Portland, Oregon, and serves the Oregon Zoo and Washington Park. The line's initial phase opened in 1959, and it was extended through the park in 1960 to the Washington Park station, located near the city's Rose Gardens and Japanese Garden. In this photo, the Zooliner is arriving at the Washington Park station.
