Human Error is an Australian television crime drama broadcast on the Nine Network in 2024. Human Error was produced by Dan Edwards and John Edwards. It was directed by Fiona Banks. Detective Holly O'Rourke, a seemingly ordinary mom, investigates the murder of another mother, Sonia Matthews, who was pregnant. Holly's team suspects Sonia's husband, Mike, due to infidelity and alibi issues. Meanwhile, Holly's personal life unravels, including her pregnancy, which isn't her husband's. Mike's arrest leads to a twist, as he claims an alibi, deepening the mystery.
