"Premium" tariff

[edit]

At least since 2014 this is not totally freeware. They got a store where they sell a premium service for about 20 € / year which is always labelled "Reduced Price!". That shall enable faster processing, no watermark in the videos and the like. --Manorainjan 14:32, 16 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

In my opinion, crippleware is a more accurate description of a program that puts a watermark into a video, even though crippleware can be considered a subset of freeware. Anyway, I removed the "freeware" descriptions from the article, as they seem rather excessive and self-serving (for example, the "Industry" entry in the infobox should say "Software" instead of "Freeware").—J. Brand

[edit]

The company's website incidates DVDVideoSoft is a brand and Digital Wave Ltd [GB] is the company. So we need to replace the company infobox with a brand but it may be better to use software.

From Digital certificate on website:

  CN = www.dvdvideosoft.com
  O = Digital Wave Ltd
  SERIALNUMBER = 06823196
  2.5.4.15 = Private Organization
  L = London
  S = London
  C = GB
  1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.3 = GB
