Error in molecular structer

[edit]

The page refers to a modification of the side chain of an amino-acid residue in a protein. While the side-chains are fine, the peptide backbone is improperly rendered. There is an extra oxygen, making the bond an ester, rather than a peptide bond. The sequence should proceed: amine-alpha carbon-carbonyl carbon-next amine, without the extra oxygen. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Docpelletier (talkcontribs) 16:11, 12 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Detection of citrullinated peptides and proteins" is speculation

[edit]

This section has no references and appears to be speculation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:14D:8A00:6D4:466:190C:2B79:500E (talk) 03:12, 7 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
