Restructuring the page

I would like to restructure the page to move some of the introduction into an ‘Organisation’ section and a ‘Developments’ section, which will include current events and strategic plans. Right now the intro section takes up most of the article and is not a summary of the most important content, against the MOS. Adding these sections will also bring the article more in line with other Irish state bodies like the RTE, An Post, Science Foundation, and the Environmental Protection Agency, which have Organisation and History sections and, where relevant, Developments sections.
