Martina Ononiwu

Martina Amarachi Ononiwu is a Nigerian business strategist based in France.[1][2] She is the founder of Runstead Consulting;[3] Kizocare, a play and learning center for children; Mrs. Petite Monkey; Jolly Monkeys and Thandel Tours.[2] Ononiwu is also the president of the AngloAfrik France, a non- profit organization that provides support services for the African English-Speaking people in France She is a member of Rotary International.[2] Ononiwu was awarded the US Presidential Lifetime Achievers Award (Presidential Volunteer Service Award) (PVSA) by American President Joe Biden.[4][5]

Education

Ononiwu has a Diploma in Computer Studies from the University of Abuja. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts, with specialization in Directing and Public Relations from the same university. She gained admission into the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she obtained Master of Arts in Performing Arts; with a specialization in Directing, marketing and Cinematography.[6] She is Scrum Master Certified (SMC), issued by Scrum Alliance in June 2022. She is also a certified business consultant (ExpertRating Inc.)[2]

Career

Ononiwu began her career as a Public Relations Officer at Treasure Base Resource Limited in 2006. She joined Zenith Bank Group as a Graduate Trainee. In 2009, she became the Marketing Manager at Cronier Wines in Malaysia. Ononiwu founded Jolly Monkeys in 2014, donating profits to charity, which caters for Syrian Refugees in Paris. As the Business Development Manager at Runstead Services since 2018, she oversees partnerships across continents. She is also the founder and president of AngloAfrik France, supporting African communities in France.[2] Ononiwu was a speaker, alongside Obasanjo and Okonjo-Iweala at the inaugural Innovate Africa Conference in September 2024.[7]

  • Honorary Doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management by Prowess University, December 2022.[8][9]
