Kowsar County (Persian: شهرستان کوثر) is in Ardabil province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kivi.[3]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the county's population was 27,472 in 6,085 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 26,198 people in 6,960 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the county as 22,127 in 6,586 households.[2]
