Welcome to Wikivoyage

[edit]

Thank you for you contributions to the Jecheon article. Please remember that in the article about Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, we don't include "Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do" in the addresses of listings. It's obvious. Also, please include the country code (+82) in telephone numbers. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 19:32, 2 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Parksungeun: is something not clear about what I wrote to you above? Why do you keep making the same mistakes? Please fix your mistakes before you make any more edits. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 07:08, 8 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Parksungeun: stop it! Fix your mistakes! Please respect Wikivoyage style! Ground Zero (talk) 07:14, 8 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Your contributions here are welcome, and they will help travellers, but I don't understand why you refuse to respect Wikivoyage style. How do I get you to stop making these mistakes? Do I have to block you from editing to get your attention? Ground Zero (talk) 08:06, 8 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
I've supplemented everything you advised from Jecheon City article. If there is anything to revise, please give me feedback again and I'll revise it! Thank you. Parksungeun (talk) 17:02, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

I have reverted the recent edits you made to the article. You must follow Wikivoyage style. If you continue to make these mistakes, I will block you from . Ground Zero (talk) 06:26, 21 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

I revised it after supplementing all the recent articles, including the phone number +82, echeon-si, and Chungcheongbuk-do, which you mentioned as the part where there was a mistake in the editing. :( However, if there was another mistake, please tell me again and I will correct it. We are doing our best to correct it according to the Weki Boya editing style and writing the article, so please do not block it. Thank you. Parksungeun (talk) 16:36, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Why did you add "Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do" a bunch of times to the Jecheon article? I have no idea what the "Weki Boya editing style" is, but could you please use Wikivoyage style and delete default address information? Do we have to block your editing privileges for you to use a suitable translation program or whatever you need to understand what we've repeatedly told you? Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:15, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

In the article about Jecheon, we do not include "Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do" in the addresses of listings. I have removed your edits. Ground Zero (talk) 18:09, 23 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Among the Jecheon articles, can you take a look at the new list added to the 'Buy' item (Jecheon Jungang Market, a traditional market in the country) and give me feedback if there is anything I need to revise? This is the list I added considering the address and phone number you gave me feedback. Parksungeun (talk) 06:28, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
I have removed your edits again, for the same reason. You are making the same mistake again. Do not include "Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do" in the addresses of listings. Ground Zero (talk) 06:58, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
I have newly added the 'Eat' partial list to match the feedback. Please let me know if there are any parts that don't fit the style. Parksungeun (talk) 10:23, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
The addresses are looking better, but why are some of the restaurant names all in lowercase letters? Ikan Kekek (talk) 11:08, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Deleting posts on talk pages

[edit]

Let me get something straight with you, please: Articles you start are not actually "your articles", as Wikis are sites anyone can edit. Moreover, talk pages about articles are public and constitute a record of discussion. Neither you nor any other user has the right to delete posts on talk pages, with very narrow exceptions that are spelled out on the Wikivoyage:Deletion policy page. Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:43, 4 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Time formatting

[edit]

In South Korea articles, we use only the 24-hour clock: we write "09:00-17:00", not "9AM-5PM". See the box at the top of talk:South Korea. Please correct these mistakes on Jecheon article. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 12:03, 11 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please write more simply

[edit]

Some of your English is incomprehensible - a big word that means it's impossible to understand. Please see this edit and edit summary. Some of it is merely hard to understand and phrased in a problematic way, like this, which I did my best to rephrase. I believe that the simpler your sentences are, the better chance others will have to understand them and then be able to make good edits where needed. Please let me know if you had trouble understanding this post, and I could try to clarify anything you're unsure of. Ikan Kekek (talk) 12:14, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Formatting

[edit]

Please show prices in this format: ₩100, and not KRW 100, 100 won, or 100원.

We do not use boldface in section headings. See wv:section headers. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 12:58, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Blocked

[edit]

Parksungeun, your lack of response to the above queries both here and on Talk:Jecheon while continuing to edit are concerning. I've blocked you from editing mainspace for 1 week, but your block will be lifted once you acknowledge and address the concerns mentioned. And by acknowledge, no empty promises, you have to actually follow such guidelines. --SHB2000 (t | c | m) 13:04, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

I understand, I'm trying to fix it based on feedback, but it wasn't written, so I'd appreciate it if you could unblock it and review the article again. Parksungeun (talk) 18:25, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
I sincerely don't understand what you mean by "it wasn't written." What wasn't written"? Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:28, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
Please clarify what Ikan mentioned and then I will unblock you. --SHB2000 (t | c | m) 23:30, 20 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
