what are you gonna do for your 500th edit?

[edit]

What are you going to do for your 500th edit? this is what im doing for my 200th edit.

Also I saw the wiki site you made its cool but im pretty sure there is already something similar on wiki fandom. fuck fandom, metawikis better. fandoms bad cus quinni has 2 pages, one on heartbreak high and one on lgbtqia characters but not one on autistic characters. extra redundent work is dumb, but it needs to be this way as the wikisites are isolated from eachother. kinda like Miraheze what you used. maybe they should add Symbolic links to fix this redundancy.

Look how bad fandom is: Quinni is autistic and struggles with it throughout the show. - lgbtqia characters wiki.[1] Who the fuck wrote that?

One more thing, you should make autism on your wikisite redirect to wikipedias page, same with stimming and masking, so they can be linked to from your wiki faster.

No I have a better idea; more chatagores, like make a catagory called "intrested in boats" or "intrested in x" so then people can find characters based on the characters intrest. comboid conditions too "characters with ADHD" its common to have both. what about stupid ones like "characters with blue eyes"?

May your wikisite beat fandoms autisic characters page, and have a good day. Anthony2106 (talk) 12:31, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not quite sure what I'll do for my 500th edit. Wherever the tides of wiki-ing take me, that's where I'll go.
About Fandom, I do my thing and they do theirs. If you have issues with how they handle things or how they write things, it's best to take that up with them.
About your suggestions, I will take them into consideration.
Cheers. TheZoodles (talk) 13:54, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
One more thing, it's kind of funny I dont have permission to make my own user page. Anthony2106 (talk) 00:27, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That's because I haven't quite figured out how to properly configure the permission settings to allow that. TheZoodles (talk) 07:57, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
thats a shame cus now i cant edit anything, maybe thats why your the only editor, in that case im glad you know now so you can fix it as fast as posible Anthony2106 (talk) 08:00, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not being able to edit mainspace pages is intentional. This is my personal project, I don't intend for other people to add to it. (The inability to create your own user page is a side-effect of these restrictions that I don't yet know how to remedy.) TheZoodles (talk) 08:07, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No thats silly how are people gonna edit it? like I was thinking of adding to quinnis page, and adding a link to a shows wikipedia page in the external links section, but no only you can edit this. you cant do the hole thing by yourself, you will never finish, especially if you lose interest. if you open it up, it will improve just like wikipedia has been. just imagin if you had less work because people were adding to all the stub pages. i will help you fight the vandils. its not a wiki if only one person edits it. Anthony2106 (talk) 09:07, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate your interest, but this is a personal project. I don't know what else to say other than that I would like this conversation to stop. TheZoodles (talk) 09:54, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello from WikiProject Medicine

[edit]

Hello TheZoodles, I noticed you've done some cleanup at a variety of medicine-related articles, so I wanted to drop by to invite you to contribute to WikiProject Medicine, the group of medicine-interested editors here. Feel free to chime in at WT:MED, which serves as a question/noticeboard for medicine-related issues.

If you've got a moment (and this fits nicely with your prior interest), we're currently trying to support WikiProject Unreferenced articles' November backlog drive by dealing with the 130 unreferenced medicine articles. If you're able to help out, it would be much appreciated. If there's any way I, or the other folks at WP:MED can help out with your goals/projects here, please don't hesitate to reach out. Happy editing, Ajpolino (talk) 21:52, 12 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:39, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Light of my Lion

[edit]

Hi TheZoodles, thank you for your edits on this page. While spoilers are permitted on wikipedia, WP:COMMON at a baseline applies. "Similarly, just because something is not forbidden in a written document, or is even explicitly permitted, doesn't mean it's a good idea in the given situation." Additionally, for a long time, there are no spoiler warnings on articles. It is precisely for these reasons that spoilers and additional details, including full episode summaries, are not commonly included in tv shows/movies, especially those which are recent or ongoing. Since spoilers are not required to be included in this article, we should not be including them at this time. Sideriver84 (talk) 23:38, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Short summaries of the main plot lines are sufficiently relevant to warrant their inclusion. They are very common on pages for TV series/movies/etc., even when they contain spoilers. This also goes for ongoing and recent series, the recency plays no role in choosing which information to include (for example, Bad Sisters is ongoing and its page contains earth-shattering spoilers, and Extraordinary Attorney Woo was being updated with spoiler-heavy episode summaries as it aired).
