The Jacket

[edit]

In the book, Brody (Professor Darrell Standing) "travels" into the past, and relives what appears to be past lives. The movie adaptation gives Brody the ability to travel into the future as well as the past, and he chooses to focus on traveling into the future, as the conversation with his fellow inmate makes clear. I believe the scenes where he relived memories from his childhood, as well as the scene where he travels back to the scene of the cop killing were more than just memories, (or not as the book says, memory is experience). --Viriditas | Talk 05:05, 13 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Alright if I move it to Dargaud, for consistency with Le Lombard (not Les Editions Lombard-De Lombard Uitgaven)?--Phlebas 19:59, Jun 16, 2005 (UTC)

Folketællinger

[edit]

Hej!

As a member of WikiProject Comics, I thought you might be interested in the Comics Collaboration of the Fortnight we have set up. Please feel free to vote on the articles listed, although bear in mind that a vote for a particular article means you are pledging to help improve the article. The goal of the collaboration is to improve articles to Featured Article status, as we feel Comics is under-represented in that area. Thanks for your help. Fusker

[edit]

I wouldn't object to including a link to your userpage in the external links section. Who knows what other editors would think but I doubt it'd be a big deal. There's no real problem with leaving the link to Carthag Tuek a redlink... or you can just delink it. --W.marsh 22:47, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be interested in the fusker source code that used to be at http://www.fusker.com/downloads/2.0/FuskerNe2.0a.zip . Do you still have a copy or know of someplace where I can download it? 141.211.4.71 03:11, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I also would like to have it 200.145.46.252 14:43, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If somebody has a copy of the fusker source code, pls send it to me too ihre-ip-adresse@gmx-topmail.de thankx.

I've known about it since it was posted on fark several years ago. The main problem I have is that we just don't have any reliable sources about it. Wikipedia doesn't accept self-published blogs as sources for reasons I'm sure you can understand and just being mentioned doesn't give us enough information to base an article off of if it's going to be anything more than a list of mentions (which isn't really an article at all). So if you can find anyone reliable talking about it, even something like an official AVN blog or something complaining about it, you might want to consider adding that. We just can't have articles without reliable sources. Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 01:04, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Franco-Belgian Comics - Enki Bilal

[edit]

Hi, indeed nice job on that article, and I finally got some time to finished an article about an album of Enki Bilal La Femme piège. Mostly in an effort to teach amerikans what european strip albums really are about, the articl still needs some work, mostly at the end, extending the line about the artwork. Any suggestions are welcome, and if only the collaboration got one more voted, that would be sweet. --Goanookie 02:00, 15 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sidste Omgang

[edit]

Last Call may be a better translation of the title for Sidste Omgang but that doesn't change the fact that the international title for the film is Last Round. Please see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0228861/ for further reference. --SVTCobra 02:35, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Neil Gaiman: American Gods

[edit]

Hello! You had posted months ago on Talk:The Raven in popular culture about a reference in Neil Gaiman's American Gods. I've recently jumped back into that article for a little more clean-up. But, anyway, just curious if you could give me the full info on your edition of that novel that you mention so we can cite it in-line. You already gave page 173, but the publisher, date, etc. would be helpful. Thanks, and sorry to bother you about an old post! --Midnightdreary 11:22, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's great! Thanks for your help! --Midnightdreary 22:54, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Poe-Elder-Raven-Mad-1954.png

Dyppel

[edit]

Hi - I've left some peer review comments for Dyppel. I hope they are of use. If you have time, would you mind commenting on Max Mosley, which is on peer review here. 4u1e (talk) 20:40, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It was no trouble. Cheers. 4u1e (talk) 14:14, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
