  • Welcome to Ironoclast's talk page. Feel free to say hello or leave a message. Keep in mind I'll only be on very infrequently, so any answers could be delayed by days or even weeks.

  • Ironoclast has a low-paying job and habitually buys expensive video games. This has thwarted his plans to move from his isolated corner of Texas to a less-isolated corner, preferably close to Dallas. He blames the economy and Rudy Giuliani's failed presidential bid, as well as his well-off older sister in Colorado who refuses to share the wealth. She has not received a Christmas card from Ironoclast for five years. The battle continues.

Going to be playing Modern Warfare 2 forever. Interspersed with Mass Effect 2. After that, bird watching.

Mass Effect 2 - Squad Members and Achievements

[edit]

On the talk page for the Mass Effect character list, you posted a link to the achievement list of Mass Effect 2 (this, I believe) that, according to you, basically confirmed that Legion was a squad member. It also, to me, seems to confirm Garrus Vakarian as a squad member. You may, if you've searched for ME2 info, have come across rumours of Garrus being recruitable, and that he is codenamed "Archangel". In the achievement list, it mentions "the Archangel" as being recruitable. Garrus was, in his reveal video, called "Archangel" by a salarian mercenary leader. And, what's more, the (shared) icon for the achievements involving Archangel have the visage of a turian, a turian that looks very much like Garrus.

Long story short, would this be proof enough for the confirmation of both Legion and Garrus? I'd put this on the talk page, but there isn't enough room, and I don't know what would be thought of me if I just deleted the whole load to make room. --LordNecronus (talk) 01:46, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding cover artwork

[edit]

Yes, I realize that the actual covers for games are used in the article, but there are special exceptions sometimes. If a better version of that cover exists (like in a poster-like fashion that I posted for Mass Effect), then that one is preferable since it enhances the presentation of the article and takes away the regional rating bias. See the Halo 1, 2, and 3 articles to see what I mean. And as for the Mass Effect 2 covers, the picture is the same in North America and Europe. I replaced the M-rating image with the PEGI-cover since I felt that the M-rating version looked slightly cramped after its 360 banner was cropped. --F Zero QQQ GX (talk) 23:05, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect ModWar2. Since you had some involvement with the ModWar2 redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. ZXCVBNM (TALK) 18:44, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
