Welcome to my userpage.
I think the templates on the right might tell you folks a few things about my background. I was born in the city of Melbourne, Australia, and currently living in the Gippsland region of Victoria. I have Vietnamese heritage, and I am thoroughly proud of it. I had worked on articles relating to Vietnamese military history, mainly articles relating to the Vietnam War with a Vietnamese perspective; millions of Vietnamese died in that bloody conflict, so their story deserved to be told on equal terms with all other nations that fought on the other side. My primary aim on here was to improve the standards of articles relating to Vietnamese military history, by adhering to Wikipedia guidelines, but not conforming to the historical viewpoint of those disrespectful, self-righteous and dimwitted anti-Vietnamese history police here on Wikipedia. My secondary aim was to prevent the complete bastardization of Vietnamese history.
It seems some petty individuals have had issues with my contributions to this great resource, so after I finished the article on the Attack on Camp Holloway, I have decided to throw in the towel. Yes, I am done with Wikipedia. If you have issues with my contributions, I don't care about it.Canpark (talk) 12:19, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

For writing. For writing excellent articles. For writing excellent articles without seeking recognition. Thank you, Canpark, for your tireless work on Vietnam War articles. I think you deserve much more praise than you do right now. Keep it up. Sp33dyphil "Ad astra" 12:47, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
