The result of the move request was: not moved. However, consensus that The Mick should not redirect to Mickey Mantle exists. Per WP:NOGOODOPTIONS, The Mick is redirected to Mick instead as it seems to be the most supported. If this is unsatisfactory, consider using WP:RFD instead. The Mick (TV series) → The Mick – Currently The Mick serves as a redirect to Mickey Mantle. That page averages 2000+ hits a day, but the redirect only gets 5. This shows that most people looking for Mickey Mantle are not using "The Mick" to find him. Nothing on the dab page Mick would be called "The Mick" other than the TV series. Mickey Mantle may have more long term significance, but that significance is under his name. He was only occasionally, not primarily or commonly, known as The Mick, and it's unlikely anyone would search for him or expect to find him at that somewhat obscure nickname as opposed to his well-known real name.
