This page is unnecessarily difficult to read. I think it needs to be written more straight forward.

This page lacks virtually any commentary on the TEACH Act, which has been widely pilloried as unwieldy, overly technical, and hard to use. Putting on my list to edit, but any other watches in the meantime, do please feel free to contribute. --Lquilter (talk) 11:04, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
