The Paris under characters links to Paris the city - any way to fix this besides unlinking? Is there an article for the character? Chooserr 04:37, 15 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out, it's fixed. (Also I noticed I accidently forgot to put the "E" in "BCE" - hahaha) -Ravenous 04:44, 15 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And I thought you were rehabilitated :-( - Oh well, we'll just keep working at it :-) Chooserr 04:46, 15 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy about the Euripides Controversy

[edit]

We've got two conflicting accounts on who started the controversy. 132.204.191.72 added something to the beginning claiming it was Joseph Scaliger. At the end of the article under the Controversy section, we've got L. C. Valckenaer. Although the new anonymous edit is unsourced, it "sounds" like they know what they're talking about. We should get a source for it and move it to the Controversy section though. - Ravenous 04:05, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

References to Walton's Introduction

[edit]

It would be better to find journal article citations, or to cite Liapis' new commentary (<http://bmcr.brynmawr.edu/2013/2013-03-15.html>, not available to me at the moment), rather than citing the introduction to Walton's translation. Walton's translations and textbooks aren't the authoritative places to find this discussion.

WikiProject Theatre Assessment

[edit]
  • Start class - Needs formatting changes to conform to Wikipedia:WikiProject_Theatre/Article_Structure guidelines. Analysis heading should be created, as there's probably academic literature available to flesh it out.
  • Low importance - a single play constitutes a "highly specific area of knowledge"
