Image copyright problem with Image:St Ives.JPG
[edit]The image Image:St Ives.JPG is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Proposal for deletion
[edit]I have re-written the article, removing the self-promotion and giving it an encyclopedic tone. Because of the importance of Primavera in promoting crafts in the UK (as evidenced by the exhibition about the gallery in the Fitzwilliam Museum, which is a part of Cambridge University) I suggest it is sufficiently notable for inclusion. Society of Designer Craftsmen
[edit]The article says that until 1959 the shop was run by the SDC. This is unsourced and doubtful: the SDC was formed in 1960 from a merger of the Cambridgeshire Guild of Craftsmen and the Arts and Crafts Exhibition Society. I have removed the passage. Pelarmian (talk) 11:47, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
Timeline section
[edit]This section is written in list format and an incorrect tense, the whole section needs to be incorporated into the main body of the article. Theroadislong (talk) 17:37, 17 September 2016 (UTC)
PhD on the gallery's history
[edit]Found this while researching Denise Wren: Henry Rothschild and Primavera: The retail, exhibition and collection of craft in post-war Britain, 1945-1980 by Janine Barker. Should be useful!? PatHadley (talk) 21:22, 2 June 2019 (UTC)
