I've restored this edit, and it would have been really helpful for me to consult while checking this article for copyright violations. It should not have been removed; no evidence has been presented that this user is a sock. GreenLipstickLesbian (talk) 08:03, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unsure why this article was flagged for copyvio in the first place, as the copyvio tool shows only a 4.8% similarity with the original sources, and the copied passages are both brief and properly cited. I have already revised and rephrased the existing text. I don't think this article constitutes a copyright violation at all. Given that the IP responsible for adding the tag is a disruptive blocked sockpuppet, I will proceed to remove the tag. Skitash (talk) 19:38, 9 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My edit to change "Palestinian Territories" to the more correct "Israel" (based purely on geography) was reverted without explanation. Even from the map in the article it is clear that the Phoenicians did not leave from anywhere that is currently considered the "Palestinian Territories". Moreover, there is no citation.
