Musical? Comedy? revue?

[edit]

Good job adding this new musical. If it was a revue, you don't also need to say "comedy", since revues were, by definition, comic. Also, the term "musical comedy" is a trap. Different kinds of musicals were called "musical comedies" at different times. For regular book musicals, the musical theatre project usually just says musicals. For Edwardian musical comedies, we sometimes just say "musical comedies". But if it was a revue, you can just say revue. -- Ssilvers (talk) 20:03, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

There's an image of Bessie McCoy Davis performing in The New York Times external link. I'm not sure how to get the image from the article, so can someone who knows how do it? The image could go in the infobox or the 'Original 1917 Broadway production' section. --Bialytock&Bloom (talk) 00:08, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
