Universal Council for Psychic Research

[edit]

I have just been doing some digging around on old magazine references. Dunninger created the organization Universal Council for Psychic Research, he was also the chairman for this organization but there is no evidence there were any other members. It appears to be his own organization that he set-up to investigate mediums and psychic claims. He offered a reward of $10, 000 to any medium or psychic who could produce phenomena that he could not duplicate or explain by natural means. This was a long standing offer that was never won.
