Neutrality
[edit]I've come to hear to read why Howie Klein's entry in Wikipedia was flagged as not conforming to the neutral point of view policy. However, it's more a biography, and I'm at a loss to see how a biography could be considered non-neutral. Maybe the facts of the biog are incorrect... I don't know. I think someone just considers Howie 'non-neutral'. Love his blog, love his tag. Anyone shed any light?

I also can see no reason to flag this page as non-neutral.

It's not very flagrant but you could construe some turns of phrases like "A strong defender of the First Amendment's guarantees ..." as an endorsment of some sort. I would split the description of his career from his past and current political engagement from his point of views (and then go on to note that they are tightly linked together).

Please keep this page; it is instructive for my students. Howie just spoke at and was interviewed for my class. - Rose Marshack, Illinois State University —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.136.218.59 (talk) 04:35, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Notability
[edit]Cam anyone verify that this topic is notable per WP:MUSIC? My gut says no, but I may just be ignorant of the relevant importance in the music world. Mmckee 04:19, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
