What is colorist-video?
[edit]colorist-video operator is mentioned in the virtual telecine article. I am not native speaker, I have not found the meaning in the web, by the context I can infer it refers to the person who operates a video device like a projector. The colorist part may mean that he is also responsible to adjust the colors in the screen. It seems that this combination "colorist video" is not frequently used, but looking for the term in the web, I found some people say they are colorist video, as some kind of skill. As you can see, to not native speakers this term may be not very clear but one can approximately understand what is about.
Does this term deserves an entry in Wikipedia? Native speakers, you have a better answer than I. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Elias (talk • contribs) 19:24, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
History section is confusing and seems incomplete
[edit]I am ignorant of how comic books used to be colored -- and this section tells me exactly nothing. The idea of cutting out pieces of colored material seems absurd, simply because of the huge amount of labor required. The rest makes no sense. Someone should look at this and fix it. - It may sound absurd, but that is the way it was done. WaxTadpole (talk) 17:00, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
