[edit]The Higher Fellowship led by David Phipps and Bobbie Young have worked with Senator Karen Tallian (SB 255) and Representative Sue Errington (HB 1356) to promote their bills. The Higher Fellowship had a successful Town Hall on February 9th, 2017 in the Indiana State Capitol. In 2016 they did a 92 rally tour, resulting in Tippecanoe County suing them over protesting on public property. The Higher Fellowship won with the help of the ACLU but The County of Tippecanoe is appealing the courts decision as for now the Higher fellowship plans to hold another 92 county rally tour in 2017.
