Top Speed
[edit]Weren't some of these units rated at 90mph top speed. I cabbed 6093 and I'm sure it was rated as 90mph top speed - notice above right window from inside. Mjroots (talk) 20:39, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Proposed merge with British Rail Class 489
[edit]Basically the same unit, just rebuilt for express use. Also removes stub. aycliffe talk 07:42, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose Not the same unit: only the DMBSO was rebuilt. Class 489 is just one car; class 414 is two cars. --Redrose64 (talk) 20:04, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
