Origin

[edit]

This programme was originally Cbeebes but it is a British-American programme?Halbared (talk) 22:57, 1 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The franchise is American owned now, it was British in origin. Does 'American' belong in the info box as 'origin?'Halbared (talk) 14:28, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I suggesting changing CBeebies in the info box to CBBC, since 'Bob the Builder' predates CBeebies. 213.205.242.251 (talk) 19:57, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request for a franchise article

[edit]

As two shows about Bob, I think it makes sense if there's a article called Bob the Builder (franchise). Thomasfan1000 (talk) 16:29, 26 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

the catchphrase is incorrect

[edit]

bob's original catchphrase was "i can't fix it" CREATEACCOUNBT (talk) 13:27, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Cosgrove Hall Films involved in the show?

[edit]

I discovered that the category "Television series by Cosgrove Hall Films" is seen below but Cosgrove Hall Films wasn't involved in this show it was made by HOT Animation so that category which is "Television series by Cosgrove Hall Films" has to be removed. 213.107.48.144 (talk) 09:19, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

US wording needs to be changed

[edit]

Hello - would someone with editing access change the following '7 October 2020 through 28 February 202.' This because in such a context 'through' is a US style and is never used in the UK, or elsewhere. More appropriate would be '7 October 2020 to 28 February 2021' ... of if not 'to' then 'until'. Thank you. 2003:D3:FF1E:C54A:84EB:9F97:341:55F3 (talk) 17:23, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Similarly 'An animated theatrical movie' needs to be changed to 'An animated film'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:D3:FF1E:C54A:84EB:9F97:341:55F3 (talk) 17:25, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Five Fingers

[edit]

The BBC has fallen for some urban legend. As you can see on the official Internet site of TV Tokyo: https://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/norisuta/bob/index.html Same goes for other characters like Mickey Mouse. They all do have four fingers in Japan, not five. Here is a Japanese living in Germany who talks about it: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/iTupPDXhNqo Mijarena (talk) 10:50, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
