Who has any knowledge about this? How weird there is no article yet?

I remember in 2005 in Holland there was quite some uproar when actio popularis was ended by new legislation. Xiutwel-0003 (talk) 18:49, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In 1995 East Timor case the ICJ decided that the question of the ICJ's jurisdiction regarding a case and the character of the material brought before the court are separate things, even if the material involves jus cogens.
