Joey

[edit]

As a oft published short story writer interviewed by many real, published magazines, Joey Comeau deserves some biography here. It can start as a sub bar on this article until it grows enough to strike out on its' own. 66.41.66.213 22:17, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Joey Comeau has his own Wikipedia article now, so this page doesn't need as much biographical detail.HenryCrun15 (talk) 04:23, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:Softerworld.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]

An image used in this article, File:Softerworld.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion for the following reason: Wikipedia files with no non-free use rationale as of 4 June 2012

What should I do?

Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to provide a fair use rationale
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale, then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Deletion Review

To take part in any discussion, or to review a more detailed deletion rationale please visit the relevant image page (File:Softerworld.jpg)

Cast

[edit]

Since the "Cast" section starts off by saying there is no cast, it shouldn't really be it's own section. Perhaps merge it into the format paragraph, or make the "Cast" section "Recurring Themes" with relevant content. Gatonom Nyan 03:24, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Reranking as C-class quality

[edit]

I've had a crack at upgrading this article, and I feel it has made C-Class. It's still short but it covers all the core concepts and has a number of secondary sources. Things I'd still like to see to improve the article:

  • More reliable sources - most of the sources are small websites interviewing the creators or doing short reviews
  • A better paragraph on the themes of the comic - more cohesive, better sourced
  • An image which is an example of the strip - I have emailed the creators to ask for permission to use a strip
