[edit]

Please change "whom were" in the third line to "which was," because grammatically it shouldn't be whom because it's referring to the duo, which is the subject, not an object, and should be which because it is talking about a group, not a person. Reliable source: Grammar Jsload (talk) 02:08, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

That doesn't sound like a source, but the suggested edit is not really affected by any source so it's Done Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 08:04, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding his cameo on Law and Order: SVU, 2 Chainz played a hitman on parole who is linked to a cop killer. The current entry says that he was formerly Fin's (Ice T's character) narcotics partner, but this is incorrect.

67.170.35.119 (talk) 17:26, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Partly done: I've removed the information about his role because the source simply says he appears as "someone Fin dealt with in the past". If you would like information about his actual role added back, please provide a reliable source that documents it. Thanks! --ElHef (Meep?) 17:33, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Could potentially add link to 2chainzsays.com as an external link. Website has random 2 Chainz quotes from his songs.

Filmography Section

[edit]

Should there be a Filmography Section? Just saw him on Law and Order. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Burpedworm (talkcontribs) 05:20, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Origin of Stage Names

[edit]

In an interview with Nancy Grace [1], 2 Chainz is asked about the genesis of his stage names. He mentions that his original stage name of "Tity Boi" came as a result of being breastfed and an only child considered 'spoiled' by his extended family. His current stage name, "2 Chainz", signifies (in his own words): "This would be my second chance. One chain being who I am and another chain basically being what I thrive to be". I believe that the origin of these names may have a place in this article, but I don't know where it would fit. RedDarling (talk) 18:13, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Under early life it claims that he graduated Alabama State with a 4.0 GPA. One reference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e25in2BNo48) is unavailable. None of the other references are considered credible. In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine when asked about it he says "Don't believe anything on Wack-ipedia. There's a lot of false stuff on there, to the point that every time I try to fix one thing, something else comes out."[1] 68.146.116.96 (talk) 21:18, 12 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Done I've removed it as dubious content with poor sources. I agree with your assessment, esp. given the Rolling Stone source. Most of the sources given were gossip sites. The NY Daily News had a video clip that mentioned him attending ASU and getting "pretty good grades" but that was it. EvergreenFir (talk) Please {{re}} 19:05, 13 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
