Richard Phelps (born 19 April 1961) is a British former modern pentathlete.

Early life

He was from Hempsted.[1] He was a scrap metal merchant.[2] The British team manager in 1988 was Ron Bright.

Career

He competed at the 1984, 1988, 1992 and the 1996 Summer Olympics.[3] He won a bronze medal in the team event at the 1988 Games.
