Nujin (Persian: نوجین)[a] is a city in the Central District of Farashband County, Fars province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Nujin Rural District.[3]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, Nujin's population was 3,356 in 772 households, when it was a village in Nujin Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,416 people in 925 households,[5] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 3,769 people in 1,127 households.[2]
