Description Map of the 1923-1948 British mandate of Palestine containing the corresponding flag of the British mandate. Note that the Dead Sea is more or less sliced down the middle, while the entire Lake Kinneret / Sea of Galilee is included, in accordance with the Mandate boundaries.
