Dispute over coloring of main U.S. cannabis map

[edit]

Timeshifter and I are currently tied up in a dispute over the coloring of the D's on the main U.S. cannabis map, which he would like to make purely black. This may seem like kind of a minor issue but since the map is so highly visible at the top of several highly viewed pages, I'm giving a heads up here so people can weigh in. I don't think many people are subscribed to the map Commons page so it is just me and him going back and forth and some outside perspective would probably help.--Jamesy0627144 (talk) 18:46, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Started a discussion at WikiProject Maps since things were maybe getting slightly heated and only one other person had weighed in so far. Feel free to weigh in there or at the original discussion.--Jamesy0627144 (talk) 09:28, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

More changes to the map being proposed below, again in regards to the lettering.

Changes to Federal (US) administrative law procedure

[edit]

There may be a change in store for administrative law regarding the rulesmaking process. Apparently DEA is putting some things on hold pending a Supreme Court decision that may show that much of their rulemaking has been unconstitutional. I believe this is the Jarkesy case, (just barely) mentioned at Lucia v. Securities and Exchange Commission#Later developments. I'll get some decent sources together on this and maybe we can decide where to put it? ☆ Bri (talk) 17:31, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
