Hello. I'm James W. Rosenzweig, and I became an contributor to Wikipedia in June of 2003, having used it as a reference tool for some months prior. I'm interested, as you can see below, in an wide array of topics, and am happy to engage in conversation about them (especially if you think I can be helpful to an specific effort to write/improve a article or set of articles). Thanks for dropping by.

In case it is of relevance, I am an administrator, and have been since September of 2003. If that means I can help you, please let me know here. I was a bureaucrat from June 2004 until December 2015, but never a terribly active one: I'm happy to chat about it, if anyone is curious, but I'd recommend talking to current or at least more recently active folk for better information. I was once an elected member of the Arbitration Committee (8/04-12/04); I was also a member of the Mediation Committee from February-December 2005 (and served very briefly as its chair from February until April of that year).
