Thomas J. Balonek is a professor of physics and astronomy at Colgate University.[1] He studies optical and radio emissions from galactic centers[2] and quasars. His discoveries include the minor planets 9613 and 6452 from Kitt Peak National Observatory and Foggy Bottom, respectively.[3]
