Talk:Toyota Avensis

I really like the Toyota Avensis. It is a really really good car. It is so smooth. Mine's automatic. My friend Robin has one too, but he's a bit older than me. I like the Avensis and all my special friends at work talk about it all the time. I like the car so much that I can't wait to talk about it some more down the pub tonight.

I recommend that everybody should buy one although it is quite unreliable I suppose. Or maybe was that my other car, the Robin Reliant that i had. I can't remember which one, anyway it doesn't matter. I like hula hoops by the way, and it has cost me a lot of money in terms of diets but I've cut down on sandwiches. And when I crashed my Avensis I only had thrid party insurance so i had to pay for the repairs myself. And it failed it's MOT. Twice. Or was that the Reliant?

Would you like to be my special friend? Please call me and we can talk a lot about the Avensis and hula hoops and stuff and I will show you my special collection of stamps and then we can have a LAN party and then we can go and get some pizza!

Was this similar to any model in Japan? I'm really confused here - I thought it was pretty much the same as the Corona of that time but with a different nose (like what was done to the Corolla sold in Europe/Australia too),l but I can't find pictures or info... --Zilog Jones 21:55, 18 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Im confused too, Im sure the first generation Avensis had "Corona Avensis" on the back (just like the Corolla Tercel).
