Perdido Bay (left) is west of Pensacola, Florida.

Perdido Bay is a bay that lies on the border of Alabama and Florida, which drains the Perdido River. It lies west of the Florida city of Pensacola and east of the Alabama community of Lillian. The mouth of the bay lies entirely within Alabama territory, as the Florida border crosses the barrier islands just west of Perdido Key.
