Esther Fernández (August 23, 1917 – October 21, 1999) was a Mexican film actress of the Golden age of Mexican cinema in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s.

She appeared in about 60 films between 1933 and 1957 although she briefly did some acting again in the late 1980s.

Some of her most greatests interpretations are in the Mexican films Allá en el Rancho Grande (1936), directed by Chano Urueta and the second version of the classic Santa (1943), directed by Norman Foster.

She was considered together with Andrea Palma and Lupe Vélez, one of the Mexican Cinema Divas of the 30's.
